Quarterly, the talented quilters of the Moonlight Quilters share their skills in targeted workshops. These workshops are free to members and have covered such topics as:
- basic piecing
- specific block patterns
- applique
These workshops are a fun way to get to know people as well as to learn new skills, or brush up on something you haven’t done for awhile.

“Freezer Paper Appliqué” with Vicki David
This class is designed for the beginning appliquér who would like to learn a different technique from the traditional needle turn. We will learn how to make the appliqué patterns, the fabric appliqué pieces, and how to stitch the pieces onto the background fabric. This class is designed to be a technique learning class rather than a project class, so come with a sense of learning and leave without the guilt afterwards of having another UFO!
