All members in good standing of the Moonlight Quilters of Sonoma County may check out up to three (3) items for a period of one month. One month is defined as the period of time between two consecutive business meetings. If you wish to check out materials, please follow these procedures:
  1. The Librarian will check out and check in all materials to ensure proper recording of library items.
  2. The library will be open 15 minutes before and during the break at each business meeting.
  3. All items checked out are to be returned in good condition. If library materials need repair, please bring them to the Librarian's attention.
  4. Any lost materials must be replaced by the borrower or Moonlight Quilters reimbursed for the replacement cost by the borrower.
  5. Any borrower who has outstanding library materials due over one month cannot check out any other materials until the overdue materials are returned. The names of the members with overdue materials will be published in each newsletter.
  6. Magazines over three (3) years old and books that are no longer being checked out will be auctioned at various meetings.
  7. Two reference copies of all library items will be available for members' use at each business meeting.
  8. A "Reserve List" will be available for members to sign up for items they would like to borrow. The first person who signs up will get the item if they are at the meeting when the item is returned to the library. If they are not in attendance, the next person on the list may check out the item and the first person will stay first on the list for one more month.
  9. Suggestions are welcomed for new titles for the library.
