Job Description
Hospitality Chair
- Arrive thirty minutes before the start of each meeting.
- Begin by heating the water for the coffee/tea.
- Set out the following supplies:
- cold water
- instant decaf, regular and flavored coffees
- hot chocolate mix (during the winter only)
- ice tea or lemonade (during the summer only)
- regular and decaf tea
- sugar and creamer
- cups, spoons, mixer stickers
- small dessert plates
- napkins
- knives, forks and spoons as needed
- serving utensils as needed
- Clean up refreshment area after the meetings.
- Replenish supplies as needed.
- Bring a roll of paper towels for spills/clean up.
- Distribute a sign-up sheet for refreshments.
- Provide list to the Newsletter Chairperson for publication.
- Call members to remind them of their date if needed.
- Provide supplies for the Holiday Potluck, including large paper plates, tablecloths and eating utensils.
- Coordinate food and supplies for the September Installation Potluck.
- Coordinate food and supplies for joint meetings as needed.
