• Maintain the guild scrapbooks/albums, which contain the following:
  • Pictures taken by the historian or others. These pictures may include finished quilts, guild gatherings (e.g., workshops parties, bastings, luncheons, etc.), quilt exhibits and other items of interest.
  • Other items shall include the annual roster, and a list of the Sonoma County Fair quilt winners.
    
• Offer duplicate sets of guild pictures to members at cost. The proceeds are given to the Treasurer for deposit.
• Provide opportunities for members to view the scrapbooks/albums (e.g., at meetings, by checking out, etc.).
• Take pictures of Officers and Committee Chairpersons.
