An Opportunity...

Serving on the Board and Committees is a great way to get to know many members and influence guild decisions. At each May Business Meeting, volunteer forms for guild officer and board positions are distributed and collected. If you are interested in serving in a position, we recommend that you take the following actions:

• Review the position description.
• Talk to those individuals who are currently serving or have served in that position.
  

All Officers and Committee Chairs...

• Attend Board of Directors meetings.
• Submit vouchers with receipts to the Treasurer for reimbursement.
• Submit cash receipt form and money when received for deposit.
• Maintain a binder or other appropriate record of yearly activities to be passed to succeeding officer/chairperson.
