Entry Rules
- Entries must be from a member of one of the three guilds included in the Sonoma County Tri Guild. They are MQSC, SRQG and Petaluma Guild.
- Items for sale cannot be entered in the show. You may sell them in the MQSC Members’ Boutique.
- You may enter a maximum of four large quilts or five if a combination of large and small quilts.
- The entry deadline is April 4, 2012. If there are not enough entries by this deadline, we may request more entries. We may not be able to accept all additional entries.
- Not all quilts may be included in the show. Some may have to be folded.
This is at the discretion of the quilt arrangers.
Important Dates
- Wednesday, April 4, 2012: Deadline to submit entry forms, email photos and processing fee received at MQSC.
- Thursday, May 31, 2012: Deliver quilts/wearables to Veterans’ Building
- Sat & Sun, June 2 & 3, 2012: Quilt Show
- Sunday, June 3, 2012: Pickup quilts/wearables.
How to Enter
To enter your quilt in the show, you must do four things:
1. E-mail a photo separately for each quilt/wearable. Deadline: April 4
Click: QuiltPhoto@sonic.net to email your photo now.
Attach a good quality jpg or jpeg photo of your quilt or wearable to an email message.
Be sure the top of the quilt is at top of the photo. Scanned photos are not accepted.
Only one photo per e-mail, please.
Include in the email body:
Your name
Quilt title
Quilt dimensions in inches. Width then Height. Please be accurate.
This information must match the information on your entry form in step 2 below.
Email your photo to: QuiltPhoto@sonic.net
This address is for photos only. No other correspondence or entry forms, please.
If you can’t email a photo, we can photograph your quilt at selected MQSC meetings.
You can also mail your photo with your paper entry form. See Paper Entry Form for details.
2. Submit an Entry Form for each quilt or wearable. Deadline: April 4
How?
a. On-line Entry Form (preferred)
Click: On-line Entry Form to enter on-line now.
Please enter all required information or your entry will be rejected.
If rejected, you’ll get your form returned with a Red Error Message. Fix and re-submit.
When accepted, you’ll get a confirmation web page.
or
b. Print an entry form.
Click: Paper Entry Form (pdf file) to view, download or print now.

You can also get, complete and submit entry forms at MQSC meetings.
No scanned or emailed entry forms, please.
3. Mail a Check. A NON-REDUNDABLE processing fee of $5 for 1-5 quilts is being charged to enter your quilt(s) into the 2012 Wine Country Quilt Show. Make your check payable to MQSC and note in the Memo Section of your check “Quilt Show Entry Processing Fee”.

Also include who the quilt entrant is. Your check needs to be received by the deadline date of April 4, 2012.
A single $5 processing fee is good for all your entries whether you have one or five quilts.
4. Prepare & Deliver Your Quilt on May 31 between 6 & 7 PM
to the Veterans’ Building, 1351 Maple Ave., Santa Rosa, CA.
Follow Instructions below on how to prepare your quilt for the show.
How to Prepare & Deliver Your Quilt to the Show
- Attach a 3 – 5″ wide hanging sleeve to the top of each quilt.
Quilts longer than 90 inches must have a sleeve sewn at 86″. - Fill out the paper label for each quilt/wearable.
Click: Quilt Label. The label is on page 2 of this paper entry form.
The name and quilt title on the label must match entry form.
Attach the paper label to each quilt/wearable. Quilts: Attach to back at lower right corner. - Deliver your quilt/wearable to the Veterans’ Building, 1351 Maple Ave., Santa Rosa, CA on
Thursday, May 31, 2012 between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - When you drop off your item(s), you will be required to sign a form stating: “The owner of the above item understands that no insurance for this item will be available during the time this item is delivered to be displayed until it is released to the owner. Understanding these conditions, the owner of the item hereby agrees to release Moonlight Quilters of Sonoma County Quilt Guild from any liability for vandalism, fire, theft, flood, damage to building, misplacement, loss or any other cause during the time the item is in its possession.“
- Quilts/wearables must be picked up on Sunday, June 3, 2012 between 5 and 6 pm.

The status shows if we have processed your photo and/or received your entry fee.
